The main responsibilities will be: Manage presence on core channels including Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other similar community sites, in line with key messages for all channels Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities - from content creation to curating content from all regions. Include writing editorial, paid promotions & creating videos and images Grow our social media presence by actively engage with our followers and the global startup community on a day-to-day basis Manage paid social: create, review, allocate & optimize paid campaign to maximize results Track & monitor performance, and analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and posts in an effort to maximize results Stay on top of developments with social media tools, trends, and applications; take an innovative and creative approach to Antler’s Social Media: introduce new ideas to both approach and content, etc. Required Skills and Experience Proven work experience as a Social media manager, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment or in an agency Community Management experience, with a focus on proactively engage with communities and followers across Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram Experience using Photoshop vital, and InDesign knowledge and video editing experience would be a plus. Alongside the Recruitment Manager you'll be responsible for owning daily recruitment operations tasks as well as getting involved in marketing and program management activities.  This is a great 1 year experience for an engaging and driven individual interested in entrepreneurship, recruitment and the VC world.  What you’ll be doing:  Support the Recruitment Manager with recruiting amazing founders for the March 2021 Antler UK program.  Actively research and source technologists, operators and domain experts.  Coordinate and run phone interviews and manage face to face interviews with other Antler UK team members.  Own the tracking and management of candidates through our internal ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure a smooth candidate journey. Provide applicants with the best candidate experience and support the team with their onboarding and joining.  Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content creation, partnerships and any marketing initiatives.  Champion any creative initiative with the Program Team.
