Finance Manager Role We are looking for an all-round Finance Manager. You are responsible for all workflows related to tax, legal and finance. You support the global Finance team and local Partner group to ensure smooth business operations. Our ideal Finance Manager is a critical thinker, proactively takes ownership, passionate about optimizing workflows and works relentlessly with a high level of diligence. You are responsible for the administration of Antler’s Singapore operating company and investment fund. You are also supporting each of the invested startups with incorporation, setting up their business and following investment funding rounds. Responsibilities  Supporting the end-to-end hiring of the 200+ founders that will create 30-40 great companies originating from our Australian cohort based in Sydney, every year; Support the Director of Recruitment in all recruiting efforts, executing the Director’s sourcing strategy for attracting talented founders from diverse backgrounds.  Proactively cultivate Antler’s talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future cohorts, both via inbound and outbound recruiting activities; Conducting first stage telephone interviews, at peak times ~40 per week.
