Investment Partner, New Venture Fund The Investment Partner will be expected to source a growing number of investment opportunities and formulating proactive investment theses on areas of interest. This position will lead all facets of analysis and assessment of potential new venture investments and portfolio management activities, and the Partner should show the ability to establish "go-to" relationships with prospective company management teams when leading investment processes. The partner will lead by example in ZX mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, they serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.   Key Responsibilities Develops proactive investment theses in areas of interest and takes an active role in the capital raising activities of firm’s funds Leads and oversees all stages of investment transaction-related efforts including financial modeling and analysis, industry research, negotiation of investment terms, valuation analyses and liquidity events.  Performs due diligence such as customer and management references, and industry research (e.g. market sizing and mapping and competitive landscape analyses), while demonstrating the ability to form a viewpoint on investment opportunities.  Crafts investment memoranda and presentation materials for the partnership, and in a lead investor capacity, to include developing and refining presentation themes, data gathering and synthesis, and constructing professional presentation materials.  Works with portfolio companies to enhance operations and performance, report on portfolio company's performance and supporting them on ad hoc projects.  Creates processes and infrastructures to ensure long-term scalability of ZX’s investment process.  Demonstrates an ability to leverage an existing network of relationships to source a growing number of compelling investment opportunities.  Presents investment opportunities to ZX's Executive Investment Committee.   Profile 8+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity strategy consulting, relevant corporate development role, or some combination of the above. Investment Principal, Growth Equity Fund The Investment Principal will be a seasoned investment professional who supports the Investment Partner on sourcing, leading, negotiating, and managing the firm’s Growth Equity investments. They help manage the deal process leading more junior team members in sourcing and diligence. This is the more analytical and deal-making role within the growth equity fund. Legal Manager, North America We're looking for an ambitious, strategic lawyer to join our ZX Ventures team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our legal and corporate affairs team, working with our global headquarters teams on a day-to-day basis. Brewmaster, ABI Flex In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of packaging materials from ABI’s Vertical Supply operations to third party buyers, and provide technical support to enable those sales, as well as ongoing relationships with the buyers. We're looking for a self-starter, a strong team player. Global Manager, Communications We're looking for an ambitious, strategic communicator to join our ZX Ventures team. In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Global Head of Communications and leading internal and external communications for key projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with ZXV head of communications to create effective thought leadership platforms for key leaders; roll-out through high-profile speaking engagements, interviews and original owned content. Develop comprehensive strategies and manage communications for new acquisitions and investments; creating key messages and materials; aligning all stakeholders and executing on announcements internally and externally. Co-create and manage global and US internal communications strategies and programming to keep colleagues informed and engaged. Ensure crisis management training and incident response plans are kept up to date; develop reactive communications strategies for potential issues and manage communications for issues, as they arise. Partner closely with LCA colleagues in key ZX geographies to roll out global communications and corporate affairs priorities and initiatives.  Support US/EU Corporate Affairs programs through stakeholder mapping and research. Manage all ZX Ventures social media platforms as part of a reputation building strategy, including brand positioning, content development, editorial calendar creation. Support and advise ZXV portfolio companies and Ventures on communications matters and milestones, as needed. Serve as liaison between ZX Ventures, AB InBev, and Anheuser-Busch to ensure continuity and coordination on communication initiatives. Profile Extensive experience with in-house or agency communications, PR, public affairs or corporate affairs experience, or some combination of the above. Highly Organized: Strong project management skills; must be able to effectively manage and balance high-priority requests with long-term projects. Detail-Oriented: Ability to consistently create high-quality communications for global and local audiences. They provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.   Develop Agile Adoption StrategyThe Agile Coach is responsible for designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.   Implement Agile Methodology This task entails implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization. The Agile Coach must use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. In order to do this, the Agile Coach must also embody the Agile principles and lead by example. **The role is a consulting opportunity with the possibility of being converted to full-time employment. Key Responsibilities Effectively communicate agile principles, SCRUM practices and overall operating model and build trust with key stakeholders Assist the team in assessing and evolving their ‘Agile and SCRUM Maturity’ and developing a programme for progression of each company and individual squad Educate and evangelise regular SCRUM ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily-Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Foster agile best practices and a culture of relentless improvement among the SCRUM team Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across the product team particularly around success metrics on the product development Daily follow-ups with individual team members to remove impediments/blockers for the SCRUM team.
